I don't know what triggers it or what it's doing

My server is Purpur 1.19.2 AreaShop Version 2.6.0 FAWE Version 2.4.8-SNAPSHOT-291 WorldGuard Version 7.0.7+216b061 Vault Version 1.7.3-b131
