Notify about unavailable entities #15

One notification for all entities, like a summary

Created a card with unavailable sensors already. Notifying would mean every restart it would go nuts, so that is maybe not a great idea.

First let's clean up all currently unavailable sensors, then add a warning on the home screen if any are unavailable that should not be.
