makeymake: Directory Select #89

When selecting the Directory Creation location for makeymake, the finder selection window pops up behind the mkymk window and cannot be moved in front. The Green menu window (and any other open windows) has to be moved to reveal finder window.

Please adjust for finder window to appear in front of mkymk green menu window

@EmCNabs git pull and try now. removed the --ontop flag. could also try make the directory choosing a separate window.

Directory choosing works fine for now as a pop-up window
