Summary

As a user, I want to be able to have info on my emissions. Last part of emission info, following #212

Proposed feature

Info on emission :

conditional rendering : not all emission should have info for now
grouping some emission : hd video and 4k video should have the same info markdown file
creation of emission info markdown file : let's start with chocolate.md like shown in #144 + video

I will write the content of the markdown files (out of scope)
