Cn translate #292

Summary

Fixed chinese translation and make sure the translation is working. (Prior to issue #284)

Changelog

All translated simplified chinese files are named as zh.json. Simplified chinese translation can be generated using node scripts/poeditor/group-translation-files.js and spreaded across all the translation files using node scripts/poeditor/group-translation-files.js.
