Display recurring emissions in the emissions screen. These recurring emissions are the parents of all recurring emissions that happened in the past and will happen in the future. Deleting one will prevent future recurring emission but will not change previous recurring emission (that are just normal emission, but were emitted in a background process, see #323)
NB: Recurring emissions in that list cannot be offset as seen in the screenshot as they are not yet emitted
