Use generated tests to replace and extend the existing test classes: New test class templates:

@georghinkel The AppVeyor build is now fixed. (The build is still failing, but this is caused by the LensPutInstance-Tests which are still red)

The tests were actually testing functionality that was not yet implemented. Now it is, so build is green. PR can be merged.
