Feature/add remote content

Changes:

• Change baseUrl from "documentation" to "radfish"
  • This changes the URL from https://nmfs-radfish.github.io/documentation/ to https://nmfs-radfish.github.io/radfish/
• Change docs routeBasePath to /. This will remove it from page references.
• Add docusaurus-plugin-remote-content package to pull in Example README.md files when building documentation.
• Add /docs/**/examples/**/*.md to .gitignore
• Use remote-content plugin to add Example README.md to the documentation.

The change of the baseUrl will break existing links that reference RADFish documentation.
