specify index center specify index width: default 1

only specify width. use mean as center or use xmin xmax

update how default limits are calculated or add a toggle for more advanced limits default - use xmin, xmax (where xmin is min_j((min_i(xi-ei)) ) advanced- use xmin,xmax as starting points calculate prob curve. set xmin,xmax so that curve is asymptotic
