New indexing system #69

In the first annual NMRlipids workshop in Berlin on the 15th-17th May 2019, an update of the indexing system of the databank was proposed.

The proposal was to transfer from the folder indexing system to the hashtags, which would be directly read from the Zenodo descriptions of the systems. A preliminary script to pull the data from Zenodo was created, but it is not publicly available yet.

The best option is probably to create a new Git repository for the new indexing system. Then we can keep the current MATCH repository active until the new system works.

A new version of the databank is now being build in another repository (https://github.com/NMRLipids/Databank) based on this idea. Therefore, I close this issue.
