Figure 3 of PG order parameters: add gamma order parameters, clarify and add error bars #1

1) I think that we need to add gamma order parameters of PG lipids in the manuscript. Some of these have been now better calculated in pull request https://github.com/NMRLipids/MATCH/pull/75 but def files may have not been fixed.

2) We should clarify figure with PG order parameter by plotting points in different places in x-axis, as done in previous works.

3) Error bars for united atom models should be added as discussed in https://nmrlipids.blogspot.com/2019/04/nmrlipids-ivb-assembling-pe-pg-results.html

This figure is now moved to the supplementary information. However, I think that it could be still clarified.
