AddData.py #29

updated AddData.py to:

1- have openmm dictionary 2- work with python from the command line (get_ipython() replaced with os)

Hi @batukav

because we were actively working on the code, there appeared conflicts with this pull request and it was finally easier to implement this manually. So this should be now included in the code and I will close this. Please reopen or make a new pull request if it does not work.
