There are some issues that should be added to the script and I will add them soon. For now, the script works. To show help one just need to run:
python3 show_lipid_structures.py
The reference structures for the conformation figure are at ref directory. If any other regions are important for structural comparison one needs to add the corresponding reference structure for the alignment and provide the correct view for the figure.
