Is "heptahydrated" a known term?
You understand it very intuitively. Heptahydrate is a common term, Heptahydtated is its derivate.

I would say heptahydrated is easily understandable.
The thing is that the Yoo model has those seven (hepta) waters bonded to each calcium, which is not something people will expect to be the case. My thinking was that by having the word heptahydrated there will alert the reader to this peculiarity of the model.
Particular points:
1) Clarified the comment of CHARMM36 Ca2+ binding affinity (pointing out that this simulation was long, which implies we do not really know for sure if the other models (save Slipids) would also bind all the Ca2+:s, should we simulate for 2 us.)
2) Clarified the text concerning Cordomi's paper.
3) Added note that Yoo's model forces the Ca2+:s to always remain hydrated.
