To find offsets use the Cheat Engine.

  1. download visual studio
  2. download legacy directx sdk
  3. git clone the repository (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q9wc7hUrW8U)
  4. open Overflowtf2.sln file in the repository with visual studio
  5. choose release instead of debug (it is at the top left)
  6. set the x64 to x86 (it is at the top left)
  7. right click on the file and choose build (it is at the middle right)
  8. wait (it might take 99% or 100% of your cpu)
  9. now search for .dll in file explorer
  10. congrats
