NM Portfolio - Design Broken from 800px to 1060px width #524

Design needs work on the resolution width range from 800px to 1060px - especially in the intro/about me sections.

Modals in graphic design section are also very broken - need special rules for these.

This resolution range will have a direct impact on iPad and iPad pro users (possibly most tablet resolutions).

771px to 950px needs flex-direction: reverse-column for modals. For 950px+, could just vertically center/align contents in each modal unit.
