Rearrange file structure for all webpages related to portfolio.
There is no need for a "restricted" folder as I abandoned the idea of having a log in to access portfolio.
The bailey lab site should be nested under either the portfolio webpage or ASC webpage.
Seeing as how the domain all of these pages will originate from is the anandascience.com url, the ASC page should be at top level and other pages might be best placed in their own, respective folders.
