ASC and NM Portfolio - Splash/hero on both pages - vertical alignment #566

The vertical alignment of hero or splash image of both pages in mobile resolutions is off a bit. This could be due to the use of vh as height units in CSS. IF vh is present on these elements, change to svh to try and resolve this.
