Would be beneficial to Validate my pages before going live (or immediately after) to catch and errors or misuse of HTML elements #602

Validation was ran on both pages after going live. Many different HTML semantics and best practices to resolve, but should prove to be more tedious than challenging. Before starting this task, resolve smaller issues first as rewriting some HTML could open many more issues down the line (renaming CSS selectors, script selectors, etc.).

UPDATE** Also ran validation on CSS - there are a handful of issues to resolve with this as well - nothing too complex.
