This PR removes the COMPOUND files for CHORUS and NuTeV because FK tables do include a correction in the massive coefficient functions (see https://github.com/scarrazza/apfel/commit/a6bd3c1198beb37497f0d21b3f03e690c00615db) and therefore must be generated with separate names. The database has been updated accordingly.
