We currently deny pure QED evolution (without QCD admixture) - maybe we want to lift that restriction?
This is not equivalent to a QED evolution program (which deals with lepton-in-lepton PDFs), but we just allow the QED evolution of quarks-in-proton and gluons-in-proton (which are true functions and not distributions)
