Add workflows #21

Add workflows for unit tests and fit bot (uploads the prediction results to nnpdf:/home/nnpdf/WEB/NNUSF/botfits).

Maybe use the GITHUB_TOKEN secret to do the actions, so we can distinguish what was done by the bot and what by us?

This is now ready! Right now the workflow points at N3PDF/workflows#1 (which is actually be the best option).

I guess I can merge this now as needed for #23 where the test fail.
