save vl chi2 history #22

To save and plot the histories of both the validation and training losses

@Radonirinaunimi not sure if you want to have a look at this? Maybe just very quickly (probably not worth to spend a lot of time on).

It adds a chi2 as function of epoch plot, but also moves a lot of stuff around, in particular for the callbacks but it doesn't really change anything beyond saving the chi2 history.
