Move around various scripts for cleanliness.

Maybe I would actually keep the filters close to the raw data: they are not part of the package anyhow, they are closely related to the raw data they refer to, and they will be imported dynamically (so better to have them close to the data path, such that the user is responsible for them).

I will update in a moment.

I checked everything is still working, the results are consistent with the content of the repository (same on both branches).
