I wonder if it is consistent that the remapper is never being updated during Grid::merge, while Grid.bin_limits is: https://github.com/NNPDF/pineappl/blob/ff68f368839939d7539c6830ea88e1d92fe33acf/pineappl/src/grid.rs#L871-L872
