Fix `Grid::evolve` and `pineappl evolve` for scale-varied EKOs #192

The new method Grid::evolve and the subcommand pineappl evolve, which uses this method, have never been tested and are probably wrong with scale-varied EKOs. We should write tests!

Commits 36dabc3e8564a92bf88fc8a00f865ed2aa7d24ed, cf4493a08e66c9d8325a16d954d03243f147af08 and 345d27f54b8b2d92cef790fe7720458276e844ef add necessary fixes to the pineappl evolve subcommand and commit 161cadc1cf5df3a4c947d2daa4be1119baa20c17 allows order selection which is needed in general.

This seems to have fixed all problems, at least for ATLAS_WP_7TEV and LHCB_WP_7TEV.
