Add new subcommand `subgrids` #56

This subcommand should show technical information about the various subgrids:

subgrid type
x1, x2, q2 grid values
which part of grid is empty (in q2, in x1, x2)
grids are zero

Commit 4ae4df30b2cf81fa49f4d73aa53b62b83be8cd95 changes the default behaviour to not print empty subgrids, which can be printed if the new switch --show-empty is given.

part of the informations have an overlap with axes() - maybe expose simply that one?

That's a good idea, although axes only works if the grid can be converted into an FkTable, whereas in general the grids can have different x values for different subgrids.

With commits 678341e90378c568a1e32d395800df354c4f46f2, d26fc2b6d3374a8eaf04aa1d65df37ba30d4dd27 and 5a209b7b54343ca53f6931fb7f918baba6f59bad this is completed.
