update yadism to version 0.13.0

I'd like to create a tag for this as well such that there is a version compatible with the latest version of yadism (and the first that has nFONLL support)

https://github.com/NNPDF/pineline/blob/main/package/pyproject.toml existed exactly for this purpose (to pin a consistent set of versions).
