add an id= field to figures #31

One thing that I find myself doing a lot with reports is linking to a specific parton or dataset, so having an "id=" field in the figure allows you to do it while still having the rest of the images in the same page.

How do you produce the url you want to link to in practice?

Shouldn't we also have some sort of anchor link next to the image somewhere?

By look at the id field of the img.

Maybe below, together with .png and .pdf? "anchor" or smt of the sort?

I mean, it costs way too much to manually compose the URL yourself :D. Hence the need for the anchor link.
