Avoid incorrectly using cache #52

Make sure that production rules that call parsefrom don't get written into some random incorrect frame. While this is a small patch for a much larger problem it should prevent a particular class of bugs.

This certainly fixes the issue I was having in https://github.com/NNPDF/nnpdf/pull/1398, but the behaviour of #38 remains unchanged
