Divide DY CC and NC #15

I am just adding the yaml files for the splitted datasets (DY CC and NC). @scarlehoff

No, the idea is that we only use the new slim repository. I don't want to archive this one or to change the name or anything until the other one is well tested though, but it is not to be used.
