[Mod] Moderator Feature #123

Maybe a feature where admin can give mods permission to edit nzb titles and be ranked like the old newzbin mods. Would need to have a page where all nzbs that are edited can be logged so admin can browse through to be checked etc.

While i will be working on something similar, with current status of usenet, i doubt it will be implemented in similar way.
