Default tags do not apply when switching boorus #214

When I switch boorus, the last used tag is applied to the switched booru until you press the "remove last tab" minus button. This means that if I have Gelbooru set to default "rating:general" and then switch to Sankaku, it won't automatically switch to its default "rating:safe" and I will be shown NSFW images. This is a problem for using the app in public or around other people in general. I assume this is by design, but could an option in the settings be added to automatically overwrite previously used tags with the default, and maybe have this be optional for individual boorus as well?

It is by design, because we want to keep previous tags in case user wants to see results for same tags but on different booru.

But I can change it to use default tags if current input is the same as default tags for current booru or empty, seems intuitve enough for me
