Not used channel #2

In some systems (e.g. arielle, tropos), we have an additional 13 channel which should be ignored by the system during conversion. Is there a way to do it?

To explain it a little more, these 13th channle is an experimental one (DFOV) not yet covered by the SCC. Thus, I cannot register it in the SCC config and thus would simply like to exclude it. Maybe, entering -1 as SCC channel ID in the configuration as indicator for not including a certain channel would be a way to do so?
