Recalibration for calcite and aragonite detritus production #36

Fei Da has found that the calcite and aragonite detritus production in COBALTv3 is currently too low. This is because the coefficients in COBALTv2 have not yet been re-tuned. The relevant code is here:

Fei has consulted with myself, Jessica Luo and John Dunne on target fluxes and is currently testing the recalibrated fluxes at the global scale. We anticipate a recalibrated set of constants in the next few days.

Hi Fei, I just wanted to check in on this pull request. Do you think you can submit a pull request with the new coefficients today?

Yi-Cheng, it would be great to if we could also submit a short NWA12 run with the new values so it could run over the weekend and we can check the DIC and alkalinity response.
