This pull request adds commenting, parameter definitions and verifies units of all the parameters associated with phytoplankton mortality and zooplankton grazing. It should not change answers, though a lot of changes were made and I could use another set of eyes to ensure that there aren't too many typos or any changed parameter values. Also, if you have any comments on the parameter descriptions and/or the nature and extent of the comments, please let me know.

Clearly I missed something trying to get this in before the doc&dev meeting. I will recheck!
