Provide mapping best practices for aircraft evaluation #132

Need to think about how we can convey how to do the mapping (model to observations) especially for various VOCs for the aircraft evaluation. This will be campaign and model/mechanism specific, so potentially some example mapping in excel for mechanisms and campaigns we typically use at NOAA and NCAR to get people started in the examples folder and explained in the ReadTheDocs? Let's think about how to convey this best practice information as we develop the aircraft analysis scripts.
