Add more stats #190

@drnimbusrain requested CSI and also suggested adding FAR and POD. These are in MONET but haven't been added to MM yet (melodies_monet.stats.proc_stats).

@btang1 has been doing some work with CSI recently. We fixed some edge cases (https://github.com/noaa-oar-arl/monet/pull/148).
