Chemical Speciation networks - IMPROVE #3

We should look into doing analysis with the chemical speciation networks such as CSN and IMPROVE as well as others. MONET can already read this data from the AQS pre-generated data but it may be useful for different types of analysis within the networks and models

I agree with this too. My higher priority is to pull in the flight track analysis into this MONET-analysis tool first, but let's keep this open and we will work on it as we have time.

I've added the 2019 IMPROVE and CSN networks. I also have the 2019 and 2020 complete aeronet L1.5 aod.
