I'm a beginner and really appreciate this great job with Rpath. But I have a question " why the model output "BA" are all zero in the given example "，in https://noaa-edab.github.io/Rpath/articles/Rpath.html Is it due to the setting of parameter EE ?

I believe you are referring to biomass accumulation. This is a term that would be set if your biomass is not a equilibrium for your snapshot. For the example referenced above, we did not add that. For a future example we should include a BA term.
