Need input parameters from mskeyrun data package.

[x] Discards - This will be zero
[ ] Stanza parameters

Diet and Landings are ready to go. @sgaichas finalizing the biomass inputs.

@sgaichas looking into pulling PB and QB directly from the NOBA model....may also want a run that uses literature values similar to how models in the wild would be parameterized.

@slucey use same code as GOM and MAB Rpath models for converting survey into parameters.

Most parameters are currently on sarah_wgsamsim branch of mskeyrun.

I've worked up visualizations for the catch, biomass and diet time series here https://noaa-edab.github.io/RpathSim/ParametersforRpath.html and all datasets are now on mskeyrun sarah_wgsamsim (pull request https://github.com/NOAA-EDAB/ms-keyrun/pull/92 is in to bring them into dev)
