Need an example of what we want the catalog to look like in order to pitch to other contributors.

SST seasonal anomaly is a good candidate, try full workflow described here https://noaa-edab.github.io/tech-doc/seasonal-sst-anomalies.html and develop a page, figure out what is missing and how to coach others through the process
