New catalog entries

updated _bookdown_yml to include these.
Added a function to check for rmd existence and inclusion in _bookdown.yml (find_rmds_not_in_book.r)

Bugs

Fixed typos in rmd headers (via make_rmd.r)

Code changes

can now pull and process a single issue from Github (build_rmd_from_issue.r)
check for ecodata::indicatorData. If it doesnt exist then record "No dataset" in the rmd (make_rmd.r)
add message indicating a pull is taking place from GitHub (pull_single_issue.r)
cahnged DESCRIPTIONS to build catalog using main branch of ecodata rather than dev
