Need to think of how we add menhaden landings to comlandr, if at all!

Landings data are not part of cfdbs. Managed by ASFMC.

Unlikely we will be able to get a monthly time series, or even an annual time series at the spatial scale of EPUs since data are confidential

We can not include menhaden landings into comlandr due to confidentiality agreement. We will need to note this in the documentation
