Add, update and correct ecodata indicators #101

The following indicators were updated in ecodata:

bottom_temp_comp (2024)
productivity_anomaly (2024)
seasonal_oisst_anom (2024)
bottom_temp_seasonal_gridded (2024)

Added images and videos that were included as part of contributor submissions. All new images and videos are tagged with "_2024" at the end of the file name.

Plots

updated plot_bottom_temp_comp
removed a reference to a data-raw folder in the plot_setup
