[Bug Report]: Incorrect Title on Wind Revenue Plots #162

Describe the bug

All plots produced by plot_wind_revenue have "revenue" in the title, including some that represent landings and not revenue.

Describe the situation

Noticed this incorrect behavior when reviewing the wind revenue catalog page
