Add year field to gridded OISST dataset #173

This would allow us to use the year field in the plotting function similar to the suggestions for other gridded datasets (https://github.com/NOAA-EDAB/ecodata/issues/172) and identify data from different years once we have a presumably fuller dataset available on ERDDAP
