missing chl_pp dataset variable: ANNUAL_PPD_RATIO_ANOMALY #74

@khyde in the past the variable ANNUAL_PPD_RATIO_ANOMALY was included in the ecodata submission. I am making plot code for it, but it seems to be missing from the current ecodata version (2023 report with data through 2022).

@sgaichas just to clarify, you're asking about last year's data submission, correct?

yes, correct. I think @khyde has it in her intermediate dataset that will be coming in, she just wanted me to flag this as a reminder
