Updates Simulated Data documentation page with visualizations of simulated data and current methods used to build mskeyrun datasets from simdata, and model inputs from mskeyrun datasets.

Archives older sim methods but wont show them in the package.

Updates mskeyrun Get Started with project overview and overview of model methods and results

Does that file need to be pushed too?

ahhh... yes none of those source files are on the repo. ok, I should redo the visualizations from mskeyrun datasets rather than the original code that plots the atlantisom outputs
