Description of `simStartPars` #85

I don't think that is right. I am guessing that this data frame has something to do with the initial values used when starting the Atlantis model. If that is correct, is this something we should really use when calibrating models? What for?

@gustavdelius thank you, this was truly an "Issue" so I put it back here. This dataframe does contain initial values for the estimation models as derived from the Atlantis model The previous description was incorrect. Now corrected in 62bdaeaabb17e3bae0fdfa7668fd0d3a133e2864
